Pre lep\u0161iu predstavu, je to o 50 % viac, ako zvykneme dosahova\u0165 v najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch sez\u00f3nach. Preto sme ich kontaktovali, ale ke\u010f\u017ee implement\u00e1cie nerobia, odporu\u010dili n\u00e1m svojho partnera pre slovensk\u00fd a \u010desk\u00fd trh, firmu Soitron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ako ste vyberali prv\u00e9 procesy pre automatiz\u00e1ciu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na za\u010diatku sme si vytipovali a\u017e 20 procesov, z ktor\u00fdch sme vybrali nieko\u013eko pre pilotn\u00fd projekt. Hlavn\u00fdmi krit\u00e9riami bolo, aby sme vedeli automatiz\u00e1ciu r\u00fdchlo zavies\u0165 a dosiahli r\u00fdchle pr\u00ednosy v podobe odstr\u00e1nenia \u00fazkeho miesta, zv\u00fd\u0161enie efektivity \u010di \u00faspory pe\u0148az\u00ed. Asistoval n\u00e1m pritom aj Soitron, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 sk\u00fasenosti z automatiz\u00e1cie u in\u00fdch maloobchodn\u00fdch siet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ktor\u00fd proces ste automatizovali ako prv\u00fd?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prv\u00e9 bolo spracovanie vratiek pri objedn\u00e1vkach zaplaten\u00fdch vopred, ktor\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edci zru\u0161ia. Nielen preto, \u017ee popri tom, ako \u013eudia viac nakupuj\u00fa cez internet a platia bezhotovostne, mus\u00edme robi\u0165 vratky ove\u013ea \u010dastej\u0161ie. Zaveden\u00edm softv\u00e9rov\u00e9ho robota sme odbremenili n\u00e1kupcov od najrutinnej\u0161\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed a umo\u017enili im venova\u0165 sa viac pr\u00e1ci s vy\u0161\u0161ou pridanou hodnotou, ako s\u00fa jednania s dod\u00e1vate\u013emi \u010di vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie n\u00e1hradn\u00fdch dod\u00e1vate\u013eov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ako dlho trvala automatiz\u00e1cia prv\u00fdch procesov?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Soitron sme doslova vybalili, \u017ee m\u00e1me m\u00e1lo \u010dasu a potrebujeme r\u00fdchlo dosiahnu\u0165 merate\u013en\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. Na\u0161\u0165astie, ide o rovnako agiln\u00fa firmu, akou sme my, tak\u017ee od prv\u00e9ho kontaktu, cez workshop a pop\u00edsanie procesu, a\u017e po re\u00e1lny v\u00fdsledok, ubehlo iba 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Ke\u010f sme sa o\u0165ukali, v spolupr\u00e1ci sme pokra\u010dovali a automatizovali aj \u010fal\u0161ie procesy, napr\u00edklad spracovanie fakt\u00far, alebo proces na HR oddelen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u010co bolo pre zavedenie RPA potrebn\u00e9 z va\u0161ej strany?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zo strany z\u00e1kazn\u00edka je asi najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia dobr\u00e1 znalos\u0165 procesu a schopnos\u0165 dobre ho pop\u00edsa\u0165, vr\u00e1tane nadv\u00e4znost\u00ed na firemn\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. Podarilo sa n\u00e1m nielen zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 efektivitu, ale aj spokojnos\u0165 zamestnancov, ktor\u00fdch odbreme\u0148ujeme od monot\u00f3nnych \u00faloh a d\u00e1vame im priestor na kreat\u00edvnej\u0161iu \u010dinnos\u0165. To bolo pre m\u0148a asi najhodnotnej\u0161ie zistenie, lebo najm\u00e4 spokojnos\u0165 mlad\u0161\u00edch gener\u00e1ci\u00ed zamestnancov z\u00e1vis\u00ed od toho, aby pr\u00e1ca nebola rutinn\u00e1. Okrem toho sme zn\u00ed\u017eili chybovos\u0165 a eliminovali rizik\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa z administrat\u00edvnych ch\u00fdb, lebo ak dobre nastav\u00edte proces, po automatiz\u00e1cii softv\u00e9rov\u00fdm robotom je chybovos\u0165 nulov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Viete s RPA ovplyvni\u0165 aj z\u00e1kazn\u00edcku sk\u00fasenos\u0165?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dite, robotiz\u00e1cia prispieva aj k budovaniu vz\u0165ahov so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi.
