We are looking for Junior IT support specialist to support our local Global Command Center (GCC) activities and tasks in shifts as follows
Job offer information - Daily tasks delivery and management of command center activities in 24/7 operation - Coordinate command centre tasks and IT monitoring services - Call Center support activities - Proper communication with internal and external clients and vendors - Incident tracking and escalation - Generation of regular reports - Other tasks required by daily business - Working in shiftsPersonality assumptions and skills - IT infrastructure knowledges - Practical experience on IT monitoring services - Professional communication with internal and external clients - Client and service delivery oriented - Self organized, attention to details and ability to motivate the team - English is a must - Requires minimal supervision. Work with others in a team environment while enhancing a positive atmosphere - Microsoft world and Microsoft Excel on advantage level

Salary:
from 1000 EUR/month + 10% variabile bonuses + shifting bonuses - Basic salary starts at € 1000, however your final salary will depend on fair and deep evaluation of your knowledge & expertise.
