Obliba e-shop\u016f roste dlouhodob\u011b, ale koronakrize zm\u011bnu n\u00e1vyk\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b urychlila. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku se toti\u017e staly jedinou mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak se k dostat k n\u011bkter\u00fdch druh\u016fm zbo\u017e\u00ed, a \u010d\u00e1st spot\u0159ebitel\u016f je za\u010dala up\u0159ednost\u0148ovat, aby eliminovali riziko infekce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158ada internetov\u00fdch obchod\u016f d\u00edky tomu za\u017e\u00edvala enormn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fsty tr\u017eeb. Nap\u0159\u00edklad obrat jednoho z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u010desk\u00fdch a slovensk\u00fdch e-shop\u016f Alza se meziro\u010dn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161il o 70 %. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obchodn\u00edci si uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee nov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky spot\u0159ebitel\u016f do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry p\u0159etrvaj\u00ed. \u0158ada z nich proto urychlila rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u011bli p\u016fvodn\u011b napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 na n\u011bkolik let. Podle odhad\u016f analytik\u016f se my\u0161len\u00ed, strategie a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i investice v e-commerce sektoru b\u011bhem lo\u0148ska posunuly o n\u011bkolik let dop\u0159edu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci pandemie obchodn\u00edky nau\u010dila?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Bez \u0161k\u00e1lovatelnosti to nep\u016fjde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm pozn\u00e1n\u00edm bylo, \u017ee na r\u016fstov\u00e9 vln\u011b internetov\u00e9ho nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed se svezou jenom ti hr\u00e1\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017eou reagovat na extr\u00e9mn\u00ed v\u00fdkyvy prodeje. A to nejen co se t\u00fd\u010de dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dodac\u00edch lh\u016ft, ale i z pohledu reakc\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad vracen\u00ed plateb p\u0159i ru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edem zaplacen\u00fdch objedn\u00e1vek nebo vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o reklamace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco v minulosti mohly firmy s online prodejn\u00edm kan\u00e1lem nebo v\u00fdhradn\u011b internetov\u00ed prodejci v\u00fdkyvy popt\u00e1vky kv\u016fli akc\u00edm, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010cern\u00fd p\u00e1tek celkem dob\u0159e p\u0159edv\u00eddat a adekv\u00e1tn\u011b se na n\u011b p\u0159ipravit, n\u00e1hl\u00e9 n\u00e1r\u016fsty prodeje b\u011bhem karant\u00e9n nedok\u00e1zal p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bt nikdo. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0159et\u011bzci prodejen elektra Nay <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soitron.cz\/spolecnost-nay-by-bez-softwarovych-robotu-narusty-online-prodeje-nezvladla\/\">narostl<\/a> internetov\u00fd prodej v prvn\u00edch dnech pandemie a\u017e p\u011btin\u00e1sobn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schopnost \u0161k\u00e1lovat se uk\u00e1zala jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 odli\u0161nost mezi e-shopy nejenom z pohledu okam\u017eit\u00e9ho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tr\u017eeb. Do velk\u00e9 m\u00edry ur\u010duje i jejich budouc\u00ed (ne)\u00fasp\u011bch, z\u00e1visl\u00fd na schopnosti vybudovat si pov\u011bst, kter\u00e1 umo\u017en\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1vat nov\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a prohlubovat vztahy s t\u011bmi st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi. Proto\u017ee zklaman\u00fd a frustrovan\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk se nevrac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Z\u00e1kaznick\u00e1 zku\u0161enost na \u00fakor ceny<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edm se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k druh\u00e9mu p\u0159edpokladu \u00fasp\u011bchu ve sv\u011bt\u011b e-commerce, kter\u00fd pandemie podtrhla a zv\u00fdraznila \u2013 k z\u00e1kaznick\u00fdm slu\u017eb\u00e1m a celkov\u00e9 z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdznam ceny p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o n\u00e1kupech toti\u017e navzdory n\u00e1r\u016fstu nezam\u011bstnanosti, zpomalen\u00ed ekonomiky, poklesu spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 d\u016fv\u011bry a v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 nejistot\u011b b\u011bhem pandemie paradoxn\u011b klesl. A\u017e t\u0159i p\u011btiny spot\u0159ebitel\u016f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finreport.sk\/podnikanie\/citlivost-zakaznikov-na-cenu-vyrobkov-a-sluzieb-pocas-pandemie-koronavirusu-prekvapujuco-klesla\/\">dnes tvrd\u00ed<\/a>, \u017ee nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m zaplatit za v\u00fdrobky a slu\u017eby v\u00edce, pokud jim zna\u010dka poskytne lep\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kaznickou zku\u0161enost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 tedy dnes toleruj\u00ed nekvalitn\u00ed z\u00e1kaznickou podporu, zpo\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed objedn\u00e1vek, zdlouhav\u00e9 vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed reklamac\u00ed nebo vracen\u00ed pen\u011bz je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edv. T\u0159etina z nich ztrat\u00ed trp\u011blivost s obchodn\u00edkem u\u017e po prvn\u00ed \u0161patn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a a\u017e 90 % by u obchodn\u00edka u\u017e nenakoupilo po dvou a\u017e p\u011bti \u0161patn\u00fdch zku\u0161enostech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud e-shop nedok\u00e1\u017ee \u0161k\u00e1lovat procesy a neposkytuje prvot\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed z\u00e1kaznickou zku\u0161enost, nejen\u017ee p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed o z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, ale nav\u00edc si zbyte\u010dn\u011b zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1klady na z\u00e1kaznickou podporu. Kdy\u017e z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi nap\u0159\u00edklad chyb\u00ed informace o aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm stavu objedn\u00e1vky a nem\u016f\u017ee je ani automatizovan\u011b z\u00edskat na vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, bude zbyte\u010dn\u011b zat\u011b\u017eovat z\u00e1kaznickou linku. V hor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b objedn\u00e1vku zru\u0161\u00ed a roste tak\u00e9 riziko, \u017ee v budoucnu up\u0159ednostn\u00ed konkuren\u010dn\u00ed obchod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bez automatizace to nep\u016fjde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed pou\u010den\u00ed z pandemie pro sektor e-commerce, tedy pot\u0159eba \u0161k\u00e1lovatelnosti proces\u016f a zkvalitn\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, maj\u00ed jednoho spole\u010dn\u00e9ho jmenovatele. Hlavn\u00ed roli v pln\u011bn\u00ed obou p\u0159edpoklad\u016f \u00fasp\u011bchu hraj\u00ed automatizace a z\u00e1kaznick\u00e1 samoobslu\u017enost, a to v co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e \u2013 sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed obou z nich je p\u0159itom automatizace a robotizace proces\u016f, tzv. RPA. \u0158e\u010d je o softwarov\u00fdch robotech schopn\u00fdch automatizovat procesy, kter\u00e9 se opakuj\u00ed a funguj\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b ur\u010dit\u00fdch pravidel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro ilustraci si sta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159edstavit, jak\u00fd kolob\u011bh krok\u016f spust\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00fd po\u017eadavek na stornov\u00e1n\u00ed objedn\u00e1vky. Pracovn\u00edk ji mus\u00ed naj\u00edt, ov\u011b\u0159it v jak\u00e9m je stavu, zastavit vyskladn\u011bn\u00ed u dodavatele, informovat z\u00e1kazn\u00edka a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vr\u00e1tit pen\u00edze. V\u0161echny tyto kroky p\u0159itom softwarov\u00fd robot zvl\u00e1dne prakticky okam\u017eit\u011b, a to bez ohledu na po\u010det storen, kter\u00e1 e-shop denn\u011b obdr\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed i pro dal\u0161\u00ed procesy, jejich\u017e objem v\u00fdrazn\u011b kol\u00eds\u00e1 v z\u00e1vislosti na popt\u00e1vce: nap\u0159\u00edklad pro kontrolu dostupnosti zbo\u017e\u00ed u dodavatel\u016f, ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed reklamac\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 pro intern\u00ed procesy, jako je vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed report\u016f nebo zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed doch\u00e1zky brig\u00e1dn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani robotick\u00e1 softwarov\u00e1 automatizace nen\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u0161el\u00e9k, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soitron.cz\/3-otazky-ktere-je-potreba-zodpovedet-pred-nasazenim-rpa\/\">pokud se nevyberou vhodn\u00e9 procesy a nezohledn\u00ed dostupnost vstupn\u00edch dat i p\u0159irozen\u00e9 limity robota<\/a>, m\u016f\u017ee stejn\u011b jako ka\u017ed\u00fd projekt skon\u010dit ne\u00fasp\u011bchem.
