Za dal\u0161\u00ed kopie na \u017e\u00e1dost subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f m\u016f\u017ee spr\u00e1vce \u00fa\u010dtovat p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd poplatek na z\u00e1klad\u011b administrativn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f. Jestli\u017ee subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost v elektronick\u00e9 form\u011b, poskytnou se informace v elektronick\u00e9 form\u011b, kter\u00e1 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, pokud subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f nepo\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 o jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1vem z\u00edskat kopii uvedenou v odstavci 3 nesm\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b dot\u010dena pr\u00e1va a svobody jin\u00fdch osob<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo na\u00a0opravu osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 16 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na to, aby spr\u00e1vce bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu opravil nep\u0159esn\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se ho t\u00fdkaj\u00ed. S p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm k \u00fa\u010del\u016fm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pr\u00e1vo na dopln\u011bn\u00ed ne\u00fapln\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, a to i poskytnut\u00edm dodate\u010dn\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo na v\u00fdmaz (\u201epr\u00e1vo b\u00fdt zapomenut\u201c) podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 17 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na to, aby spr\u00e1vce bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu vymazal osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se dan\u00e9ho subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, a spr\u00e1vce m\u00e1 povinnost osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu vymazat, pokud je d\u00e1n jeden z t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ji\u017e nejsou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro \u00fa\u010dely, pro kter\u00e9 byly shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bny nebo jinak zpracov\u00e1ny<\/li>\n<li>subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f odvol\u00e1 souhlas, na jeho\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b byly \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1ny, a neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed d\u016fvod pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f vznese n\u00e1mitky proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 d\u016fvody pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje byly zpracov\u00e1ny protipr\u00e1vn\u011b<\/li>\n<li>osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vymaz\u00e1ny ke spln\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed povinnosti stanoven\u00e9 v pr\u00e1vu Unie nebo \u010dlensk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu, kter\u00e9 se na spr\u00e1vce vztahuje<\/li>\n<li>osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje byly shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bny v souvislosti s nab\u00eddkou slu\u017eeb informa\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jestli\u017ee spr\u00e1vce osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zve\u0159ejnil a je povinen je vymazat, p\u0159ijme s ohledem na dostupnou technologii a n\u00e1klady na proveden\u00ed p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 kroky, v\u010detn\u011b technick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby informoval spr\u00e1vce, kte\u0159\u00ed tyto osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee je subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1, aby vymazali ve\u0161ker\u00e9 odkazy na tyto osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, jejich kopie \u010di replikace.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 odstavce se neuplatn\u00ed, pokud je zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>pro v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1va na svobodu projevu a informace<\/li>\n<li>pro spln\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed povinnosti, je\u017e vy\u017eaduje zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed podle pr\u00e1va Unie nebo \u010dlensk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu, kter\u00e9 se na spr\u00e1vce vztahuje, nebo pro spln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakolu proveden\u00e9ho ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu nebo p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 moci, kter\u00fdm je spr\u00e1vce pov\u011b\u0159en<\/li>\n<li>z d\u016fvod\u016f ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu v oblasti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>pro \u00fa\u010dely archivace ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu, pro \u00fa\u010dely v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho \u010di historick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu \u010di pro statistick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, pokud je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee by pr\u00e1vo uveden\u00e9 v odstavci v\u00fd\u0161e znemo\u017enilo nebo v\u00e1\u017en\u011b ohrozilo spln\u011bn\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f uveden\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>pro ur\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdkon nebo obhajobu pr\u00e1vn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo na\u00a0omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 18 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na to, aby spr\u00e1vce omezil zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, v kter\u00e9mkoli z t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pop\u00edr\u00e1 p\u0159esnost osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, a to na dobu pot\u0159ebnou k tomu, aby spr\u00e1vce mohl p\u0159esnost osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f ov\u011b\u0159it<\/li>\n<li>zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed je protipr\u00e1vn\u00ed a subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f odm\u00edt\u00e1 v\u00fdmaz osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f a \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 m\u00edsto toho o omezen\u00ed jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>spr\u00e1vce ji\u017e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje nepot\u0159ebuje pro \u00fa\u010dely zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f je po\u017eaduje pro ur\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdkon nebo obhajobu pr\u00e1vn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f<\/li>\n<li>subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f vznesl n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, dokud nebude ov\u011b\u0159eno, zda opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 d\u016fvody spr\u00e1vce p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed nad opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdmi d\u016fvody subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pokud bylo zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed omezeno podle odstavce v\u00fd\u0161e, mohou b\u00fdt tyto osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, s v\u00fdjimkou jejich ulo\u017een\u00ed, zpracov\u00e1ny pouze se souhlasem subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f, nebo z d\u016fvodu ur\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdkonu nebo obhajoby pr\u00e1vn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f, z d\u016fvodu ochrany pr\u00e1v jin\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 nebo pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby nebo z d\u016fvod\u016f d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu Unie nebo n\u011bkter\u00e9ho \u010dlensk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00fd dos\u00e1hl omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed podle odstavce v\u00fd\u0161e, je spr\u00e1vcem p\u0159edem upozorn\u011bn na to, \u017ee bude omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed zru\u0161eno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo na\u00a0p\u0159enositelnost \u00fadaj\u016f podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 20 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo z\u00edskat osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se ho t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, je\u017e poskytl spr\u00e1vci, ve strukturovan\u00e9m, b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9m a strojov\u011b \u010diteln\u00e9m form\u00e1tu, a pr\u00e1vo p\u0159edat tyto \u00fadaje jin\u00e9mu spr\u00e1vci, ani\u017e by tomu spr\u00e1vce, kter\u00e9mu byly osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje poskytnuty, br\u00e1nil, a to v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed je zalo\u017eeno na souhlasu nebo na smlouv\u011b<\/li>\n<li>zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed automatizovan\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdkonu sv\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va na p\u0159enositelnost \u00fadaj\u016f podle odstavce v\u00fd\u0161e m\u00e1 subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pr\u00e1vo na to, aby osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje byly p\u0159ed\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edmo jedn\u00edm spr\u00e1vcem spr\u00e1vci druh\u00e9mu, je-li to technicky provediteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Toto pr\u00e1vo se neuplatn\u00ed na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9 pro spln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakolu prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu nebo p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 moci, kter\u00fdm je spr\u00e1vce pov\u011b\u0159en.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1vem uveden\u00fdm v odstavci v\u00fd\u0161e nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b dot\u010dena pr\u00e1va a svobody jin\u00fdch osob.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 21 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1 z d\u016fvod\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se jeho konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situace pr\u00e1vo kdykoli vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 se jej t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b profilov\u00e1n\u00ed. Spr\u00e1vce osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje d\u00e1le nezpracov\u00e1v\u00e1, pokud neprok\u00e1\u017ee z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 d\u016fvody pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed nad z\u00e1jmy nebo pr\u00e1vy a svobodami subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f, nebo pro ur\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdkon nebo obhajobu pr\u00e1vn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dely p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho marketingu, m\u00e1 subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st kdykoli n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 se ho t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, pro tento marketing, co\u017e zahrnuje i profilov\u00e1n\u00ed, pokud se t\u00fdk\u00e1 tohoto p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho marketingu.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f vznese n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dely p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho marketingu, nebudou ji\u017e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje pro tyto \u00fa\u010dely zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f je na pr\u00e1vo uveden\u00e9 v odstavc\u00edch v\u00fd\u0161e v\u00fdslovn\u011b upozorn\u011bn a toto pr\u00e1vo je uvedeno z\u0159eteln\u011b a odd\u011blen\u011b od jak\u00fdchkoli jin\u00fdch informac\u00ed, a to nejpozd\u011bji v okam\u017eiku prvn\u00ed komunikace se subjektem \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V souvislosti s vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm slu\u017eeb informa\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti m\u016f\u017ee subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f uplatnit sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku automatizovan\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky pomoc\u00ed technick\u00fdch specifikac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jsou-li osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny pro \u00fa\u010dely v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho \u010di historick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu nebo pro statistick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely m\u00e1 subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f, z d\u016fvod\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se jeho konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situace, pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 se ho t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, leda\u017ee je zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9 pro spln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakolu prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho z d\u016fvod\u016f ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo neb\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem automatizovan\u00e9ho individu\u00e1ln\u00edho rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b profilov\u00e1n\u00ed podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 22 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo neb\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho rozhodnut\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9ho v\u00fdhradn\u011b na automatizovan\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b profilov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 pro n\u011bho pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky nebo se ho obdobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem v\u00fdznamn\u011b dot\u00fdk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Odstavec v\u00fd\u0161e se nepou\u017eije, pokud je rozhodnut\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>nezbytn\u00e9 k uzav\u0159en\u00ed nebo pln\u011bn\u00ed smlouvy mezi subjektem \u00fadaj\u016f a spr\u00e1vcem \u00fadaj\u016f<\/li>\n<li>povoleno pr\u00e1vem Unie nebo \u010dlensk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu, kter\u00e9 se na spr\u00e1vce vztahuje a kter\u00e9 rovn\u011b\u017e stanov\u00ed vhodn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ochranu pr\u00e1v a svobod a opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f; nebo<\/li>\n<li>zalo\u017eeno na v\u00fdslovn\u00e9m souhlasu subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpadech uveden\u00fdch pod p\u00edsm. a) a c) provede spr\u00e1vce \u00fadaj\u016f vhodn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed na ochranu pr\u00e1v a svobod a opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f, alespo\u0148 pr\u00e1va na lidsk\u00fd z\u00e1sah ze strany spr\u00e1vce, pr\u00e1va vyj\u00e1d\u0159it sv\u016fj n\u00e1zor a pr\u00e1va napadnout rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhodnut\u00ed uveden\u00e1 v odstavci v\u00fd\u0161e se neop\u00edraj\u00ed o zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed kategorie osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, pokud nejsou zavedena vhodn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1v a svobod a opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo podat st\u00ed\u017enost k dozorov\u00e9mu \u00fa\u0159adu podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 77 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ani\u017e jsou dot\u010deny jak\u00e9koliv jin\u00e9 prost\u0159edky spr\u00e1vn\u00ed nebo soudn\u00ed ochrany, m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pr\u00e1vo podat st\u00ed\u017enost u n\u011bkter\u00e9ho dozorov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu, zejm\u00e9na v \u010dlensk\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b sv\u00e9ho obvykl\u00e9ho bydli\u0161t\u011b, m\u00edsta v\u00fdkonu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo m\u00edsta, kde do\u0161lo k \u00fadajn\u00e9mu poru\u0161en\u00ed, pokud se subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm jeho osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f je poru\u0161eno na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed GDPR. Dozorov\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice je \u00da\u0159ad pro ochranu osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f (https:\/\/www.uoou.cz\/).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo odvolat souhlas se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 7 GDPR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud je zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f zalo\u017eeno na souhlasu subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f, m\u00e1 subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f pr\u00e1vo sv\u016fj souhlas kdykoli odvolat. Doba, po kterou budou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ulo\u017eeny, je od p\u0159\u00edpravy pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edho vztahu po celou dobu jeho trv\u00e1n\u00ed a je\u0161t\u011b 4 roky po skon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru. U specifick\u00fdch dokument\u016f stanovuj\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy jejich minim\u00e1ln\u00ed dobu uchov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jde zejm\u00e9na o stejnopisy eviden\u010dn\u00edch list\u016f (3 roky), \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed podklady (5 let), z\u00e1znamy o pojistn\u00e9m na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na st\u00e1tn\u00ed politiku zam\u011bstnanosti (6 let) a mzdov\u00e9 listy nebo \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed z\u00e1znamy o \u00fadaj\u00edch pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch pro \u00fa\u010dely d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (30 let). Subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f je povinen poskytnout spr\u00e1vci osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje v\u00a0rozsahu nutn\u00e9m pro uzav\u0159en\u00ed pracovn\u00ed smlouvy ze z\u00e1kona.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vnitropodnikov\u00e1 <\/strong><strong>propagace zam\u011bstnance (intranet). <\/strong>\u00da\u010delem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f je identifikace a propagace v\u00a0komunika\u010dn\u00edch aplikac\u00edch zam\u011bstnavatele a skupiny<sup>1<\/sup> (nap\u0159. Skype for Business, Teams, Intranet, SharePoint, atd.) a v r\u00e1mci vnitropodnikov\u00e9 publika\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti zam\u011bstnavatele a skupiny<sup>1<\/sup> (z\u00e1znamy z firemn\u00edch akc\u00ed, firemn\u00ed \u010dasopis, informa\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1st\u011bnka se seznamem nov\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed k jubileu, apod.). Doba, po kterou budou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ulo\u017eeny, je shodn\u00e1 s\u00a0dobou trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru zam\u011bstnance, nejd\u00e9le do 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po jeho skon\u010den\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b do odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 propagace zam\u011bstnance (web).<\/strong> \u00da\u010delem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f je propagace na firemn\u00edch webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch zam\u011bstnavatele a\u00a0skupiny<sup>1<\/sup> a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch. Pr\u00e1vn\u00edm z\u00e1kladem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f (v\u010detn\u011b jejich p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016fm) je dobrovoln\u00fd souhlas zam\u011bstnance. Doba, po kterou budou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ulo\u017eeny, je shodn\u00e1 s\u00a0dobou trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru zam\u011bstnance, nejd\u00e9le do 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po jeho skon\u010den\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b do odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9 benefity.<\/strong> \u00da\u010delem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f je poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnaneck\u00fdch benefit\u016f (stravenky, benefit karty). Pr\u00e1vn\u00edm z\u00e1kladem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f (v\u010detn\u011b jejich p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016fm) je dobrovoln\u00fd souhlas zam\u011bstnance. Doba, po kterou budou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ulo\u017eeny, je shodn\u00e1 s\u00a0dobou trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru zam\u011bstnance, nejd\u00e9le do 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po jeho skon\u010den\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b do odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00e1bor a v\u00fdb\u011br uchaze\u010d\u016f.<\/strong> \u00da\u010delem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f v oblasti n\u00e1boru a v\u00fdb\u011bru uchaze\u010d\u016f je zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f pro realizaci podnikatelsk\u00fdch aktivit provozovatele. Pr\u00e1vn\u00edm z\u00e1kladem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed je souhlas uchaze\u010de se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm j\u00edm poskytnut\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f pro v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Doba, po kterou budou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ulo\u017eeny, je 10 let.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Firemn\u00ed agenda.<\/strong> \u00da\u010delem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f v oblasti firemn\u00ed agendy je pr\u00e1vn\u00ed servis v souvislosti se spr\u00e1vou obchodn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti zpracovatele, zastupov\u00e1n\u00ed zpracovatele na \u00fa\u0159adech, koup\u011b a odprodej majetku zpracovatele.
