We are seeking a colleague for our Prague office to assist with end user support, OS installation, patching, backup handling, and program configuration for a few hours per week (approximately 7-14 hours). We prefer university students. The working days will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, with potential for changes upon agreement. Training will be provided.Job offer information
Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
Providing end support for computers, cellphones, tablets, and printers for both internal employees
Responding to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or our ticket tracking system
Following standard service desk procedures and working with various tools
Communicating with dedicated technicians and the service desk
