Cybersecurity Analyst

We are looking for a cyber security enthusiast to join one of our teams, which are located in Bratislava.Job offer information- Cybersecurity analyst senior is responsible for analyzing events detected by monitoring tools escalated by SOC operators / analysts,
- Investigation and response to incidents following internal procedures with critical and pedant eye
- Cooperation with SOC operators and with remote SOC team (in English)
- Communication with customer’s IT admins when needed to explain report/details of incident, to perform environmentalt analysis etc.
- Administration of SOC platform,
- Improvement of detection capabilities with focus on best-practices / frameworks like Mitre ATT&CK / DETT3CTPersonality assumptions and skills- Precision and responsibility
- Appetite to learn
- Cybersecurity as a hobby
- SOC experience is advantage
- System admin, Network admin, similar job experience for at least 2 years
- Experience with systems like
- SIEM
- Monitoring tools 
- Detection tools & rules
- Log collection, normalisation, visualization
- Ticketing systems
- Vulnerability Scanners
- Certifications in Cybersecurity / Network / SysAdmin fields are advantage / not mandatory

Advanced knowledge of:

- IT Technologies, Security solutions, Monitoring solutions
- Operating Systems (WIN, Unix/Linux) - Admin
- Computer networks
- Log/event analysis
- Cybersecurity (Attacks, Vulnerabilities, Threats, Detection…),
- Programming/Scripting languages is advantage Advanced analytical skills needed for Log / Sensor /  Event / Incident management

Salary:
Basic salary starts at €2.000 + benefits, however your final salary will depend on fair and deep evaluation of your knowledge & expertise.
